Important game to mention about took place in Stara Zagora. Sixth ranked Beroe (3-2) saved a 2-point victory at home edging 4th placed Cherno More (3-2) 89-87 in the fight for the fourth place. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Cherno More. Cherno More was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. American guard Evrik Gary (191, college: Francis Marion) stepped up and scored 28 points for the winners and Bosnian center Aleksandar Todorovic (206-87) chipped in 12 points and 12 rebounds. Gary is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Beroe's coach Lubomir Minchev allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game.
