Very expected game when 10th ranked Yambol (1-6) was defeated at home by fourth ranked Cherno More (5-2) 83-73 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 10 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 10 points. 25 personal fouls committed by Yambol helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The former international point guard Plamen Aleksiev (180-87) fired 28 points and 4 assists (made all of his seven free throws) for the winners. Naturalized Cypriot guard Angel Natskin (184-93) chipped in 15 points and 5 rebounds.
