Regular Season Round 6: Yakin Dogu - Adana ASKI 85-95

Worth to mention about the upset in a game between Yakin Dogu (3-3) and Adana ASKI (2-4), which took place in Lefkosa. Higher ranked Yakin Dogu lost at home to twelfth ranked Adana ASKI 85-95. They made 25-of-33 charity shots (75.8 percent) during the game. Adana ASKI outrebounded Yakin Dogu 37-22 including a 27-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Yakin Dogu's players. 24 personal fouls committed by Yakin Dogu helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Newly promoted Yakin Dogu keeps the seventh position with three games lost. Adana ASKI's next round opponent will be higher ranked Istanbul Uni (#6) in Istanbul and it may be quite challenging game.
