Ninth-ranked Lietkabelis (2-9) used its home court advantage to challenge fourth ranked Juventus (7-5) in Panevezys. The visitors from Utena managed to secure only two-point victory 70-68. However their fans expected much easier game. Lietkabelis was ahead by 15 points after three quarters before a 27-10 charge of Juventus, which allowed them to win the game. 25 personal fouls committed by Lietkabelis helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
