Rather expected game when 9th ranked Yambol (1-8) was defeated at home by seventh ranked Levski 2014 (3-6) 83-69. It looked good early as Yambol took a 1-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Levski 2014 had a 21-14 second period charge getting the lead and Yambol was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 69-83. Guard Ventsislav Petkov (188-91, agency: Interperformances) nailed 18 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and the former international forward Hristo Nikolov (202-85, agency: 011 Sports) accounted for 19 points and 7 rebounds. Serbian point guard Milijan Bocka (185-82) came up with 14 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Stoyo Cholakov (190-87) added 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for Yambol in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Levski 2014 maintains seventh place with 3-6 record. Yambol lost third consecutive game.
