1 ZLS top team - Radivoj Korac (10-0) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat eighth ranked Vojvodina (4-6) in Novi Sad 83-70. The game was mostly controlled by Radivoj Korac. Vojvodina managed to win second period 22-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Radivoj Korac forced 19 Vojvodina turnovers and outrebounded them 44-32 including 30 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Vojvodina's players. 27 personal fouls committed by Vojvodina helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Power forward Andrijana Vasovic (186-83) scored 19 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and forward Natasa Bucevac (179-85) chipped in 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Radivoj Korac players scored in double figures. At the losing side Montenegrin forward Jovana Pasic (180-92) responded with 22 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Aleksandra Racic (181-90) scored 18 points and 7 rebounds. Radivoj Korac have an impressive ten-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 10-0 record. Vojvodina lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with six games lost. They share the position with Sumadija KG. Radivoj Korac are looking forward to face Radnicki KG (#7) in Kragujevac in the next round where they are favorite.
