Regular Season Round 10: BK Kremen - Dnipro 55-75

Superleague top team - Dnipro (8-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed sixth ranked BK Kremen (3-5) in Kremenchuk 75-55. Dnipro dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to BK Kremen's 20. They outrebounded BK Kremen 48-30 including 33 on the defensive glass. Dnipro looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Dnipro made 8 blocks. The former international guard Mykola Vilkhovetskyi (191-88, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) scored 18 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and swingman Pavel Revzin (194-83) chipped in 15 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side the former international guard Maxim Balashov (190-80, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) responded with 17 points and forward Yaroslav Skrypets (195-91) scored 10 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dnipro have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 8-0 record. BK Kremen at the other side keeps the sixth place with five games lost. Dnipro are looking forward to face league's second-placed Halychyna in Lviv in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. BK Kremen will play on the road against BC Odessa (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
