Very important is a road loss of second ranked Istanbul Uni (7-3) against fourteenth ranked Gelistirenler (3-7) on Wednesday night. Visiting Istanbul Uni was crushed by Gelistirenler in Istanbul 84-58. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Istanbul Uni. Four Gelistirenler players scored in double figures. Even 15 points and 6 rebounds by Bosnian-Serbian guard Sasa Cado (178-89) did not help to save the game for Istanbul Uni. American point guard Tan White (170-82, college: Mississippi St., agency: Josep and Nicolas) added 14 points and 4 assists for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Gelistirenler moved-up to tenth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Istanbul Uni at the other side keeps the second position with three games lost. They share it with 4 other teams.
