No shocking result in a game when second ranked Lietuvos rytas (13-2) beat 5th ranked Neptunas (8-8) in Vilnius 80-76. Neptunas was ahead by 7 points after three quarters before a 29-18 charge of Lietuvos rytas, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was international center Arturas Gudaitis (208-93) who scored 10 points and 8 rebounds. International Adas Juskevicius (194-89) chipped in 13 points and 5 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American Daniel Ewing (191-83, college: Duke) who recorded 14 points and his fellow American import power forward Jerai Grant (203-89, college: Clemson) added 9 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Neptunas will play on the road against Vytautas (#4) in Prienai and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
