Regular Season Round 10: Hrastnik - Parklji 74-72

A very close game took place in Hrastnik between Hrastnik and Parklji. Eleventh ranked Hrastnik (3-7) got a very close home victory over 9th ranked Parklji (4-6). Hrastnik managed to escape with a 2-point win 74-72 on Saturday evening. Parklji trailed by 12 points after 3 quarters before a 26-16 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 72-74 at the end of the game. They outrebounded Parklji 40-29 including 16 on the offensive glass. Parklji's coach Vladimir Rizman rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Hrastnik maintains eleventh position with 3-7 record. Parklji lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth place with six games lost. They share the position with Celje. Hrastnik will meet higher ranked Celje (#9) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Parklji will play against Grosuplje and hope to secure a win.
