Regular Season Round 15: Spartak - Radivoj Korac 52-76

1 ZLS top team - Radivoj Korac (15-0) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed sixth ranked Spartak (6-8) in Subotica 76-52. The game without a history. Radivoj Korac led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Spartak to just 6 points in third quarter. They outrebounded Spartak 33-19 including a 23-8 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a good game for center Vladinka Erak (192-84) who led her team to a victory with 17 points and 9 rebounds. International Sanja Mandic (178-95, agency: Beo Basket) contributed with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Bosnian guard Rada Vidovic (177-79) answered with 9 points and 4 assists and Montenegrin forward Andjela Zlajic (178-92) added 13 points in the effort for Spartak. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Radivoj Korac have an impressive series of fifteen victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 15-0 record. Spartak lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with eight games lost. Radivoj Korac are looking forward to face Novosadska ZKA (#11) in Novi Sad in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Spartak will play on the road against Radnicki KG (#9) in Kragujevac and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
