Regular Season Round 15: Srem - Dynamic BG 83-84

The most exciting game of round 15 in the 2MLS took place in Sremska Mitrovica. This derby game ended with only one-point home defeat of 3rd placed Srem (10-5) to second ranked Dynamic BG (12-3) 84-83 on Saturday evening. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 27-15. But Srem won second period 20-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Dynamic BG made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. They also forced 25 Srem turnovers. 29 personal fouls committed by Srem helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for forward Stevan Nadjfeji (202-79) who led his team to a victory scoring 24 points (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Guard Aleksandar Radulovic (190-88, agency: Beo Basket) helped adding 15 points and 4 assists. Dynamic BG's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was forward Djordjo Djordjic (198-78) with 23 points and 6 rebounds and forward Stefan Kojic (202-92) scored 13 points and 9 rebounds. Five Dynamic BG and four Srem players scored in double figures. Dynamic BG have a solid series of three victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Velika Plana. Srem at the other side dropped to the fourth place with five games lost. Dynamic BG is looking forward to face Mladost SP (#11) in Smed. Palanka in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Srem will play on the road against Vojvodina NS (#5) in Novi Sad and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
