Fourth ranked Amager (9-6) crushed at home 7th ranked Aabyhoj (2-12) by 22 points 89-67, which is the biggest margin this round on Saturday night. The game was mostly controlled by Amager. Aabyhoj managed to win second period 21-10. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Amager forced 19 Aabyhoj turnovers. The best player for the winners was American forward Portia Durrett (185-92, college: Oklahoma) who had a double-double by scoring 23 points, 14 rebounds and 5 blocks. Amager have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain fourth place with 9-6 record. Aabyhoj lost fourth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost. Amager will meet league's leader Stevnsgade on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Aabyhoj will play against Lemvig (#3) and hope to secure a win.
