The game between closely ranked teams ended with 6th ranked Angrabasket's (3-6) road loss to fifth ranked Dragon Force (5-5) 74-85. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Pedro Oliveira (179-97) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 4 assists. Francisco Amarante (192-0) contributed with 14 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Dragon Force's coach Joao Perdo Goncalves used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American point guard Jarvis Davis (183, college: Gardner-Webb) replied with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 14 rebounds and forward Carlos Dias (198-80) added 22 points and 16 rebounds in the effort for Angrabasket. Dragon Force moved-up to fourth place in Places 1-8, which they share with Atletico. Angrabasket lost fourth consecutive game. Angrabasket at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the sixth position with six games lost. Dragon Force will play against league's second-placed Terceira in Angra Heroismo in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Angrabasket will play on the road against Sangalhos (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
