Regular Season Round 21: Zlatibor - Dynamic BG 95-80

The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Dynamic BG (16-5) in Cajetina on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by seventh ranked Zlatibor (12-9) 95-80. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Dynamic BG. The game was mostly controlled by Zlatibor. Dynamic BG managed to win fourth quarter 24-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Zlatibor shot 60.7 percent from the field and made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Zlatibor especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 61.5 percentage. 25 personal fouls committed by Dynamic BG helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for guard Dejan Djokic (187-89) who led his team to a victory with 30 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). Forward Petar Maric (205-87) contributed with 19 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Five Zlatibor players scored in double figures. Forward Stevan Nadjfeji (202-79) answered with 19 points and guard Aleksandar Radulovic (190-88, agency: Beo Basket) added 10 points in the effort for Dynamic BG. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Zlatibor have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Vojvodina NS and Pirot. Dynamic BG at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still keeps top position with five games lost. They share it with Dunav SB. Zlatibor is looking forward to face Vojvodina NS (#8) in Novi Sad in the next round. Dynamic BG will play at home against Zdravlje (#12) and is hoping to win this game.
