An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Kayseri. Second ranked Hatay faced 4th placed Abdullah Gul. Guests from Hatay (18-5) defeated host Abdullah Gul (15-8) 56-52. The guests were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. Kazakhstan-Belarusian forward Katerina Snytsina (188-85) orchestrated the victory by scoring 16 points and 8 rebounds. Australian point guard Natalie Hurst (164-83) contributed with 16 points for the winners. American guard Chelsea Gray (180-92, college: Duke) answered with 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import center Janel McCarville (188-82, college: Minnesota, agency: Josep and Nicolas) added 7 points and 13 rebounds in the effort for Abdullah Gul. Hatay have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain second place with 18-5 record behind leader Fenerbahce. Abdullah Gul at the other side dropped to the fifth position with eight games lost. Hatay will play against league's leader Fenerbahce in Istanbul in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
