The game in Nurnberg was also worth to mention about. Sixth ranked Gladiators (17-13) played at the court of 8th ranked Nuernberg (13-17). Gladiators managed to secure a 5-point victory 59-54. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Nuernberg won third quarter 15-10. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a good game for Ghanian-American guard Kwadzo Ahelegbe (188-88, college: N.Iowa) who led his team to a victory with 15 points. Center Kilian Dietz (202-90) contributed with 6 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Center Robert Oehle (209-88, agency: Octagon Europe) replied with 15 points and 8 rebounds and American forward Dan Oppland (203-84, college: Valparaiso) added 12 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Nuernberg. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Gladiators maintains sixth position with 17-13 record. Nuernberg lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 17 games lost.
