The game in Kakanj was also quite interesting. 4th placed Leotar (2-5) played at the court of fifth ranked Kakanj (3-4). Kakanj defeated Leotar 84-71 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 3-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 84-71. Kakanj forced 23 Leotar turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Leotar's players. It was an exceptional evening for Serbian guard Pavle Boljkovac (190-85) who led the winners and scored 18 points, 9 assists and 4 steals. Center Obrad Tomic (206-93) accounted for 21 points and 8 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) for the winning side. Swingman Dejan Sakotic (195-93) came up with 19 points and 6 rebounds and Montenegrin forward Bojan Pelkic (204-83) added 11 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Leotar in the defeat. Leotar's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Kakanj moved-up to third place in I. Loser Leotar dropped to the fifth position with five games lost. Kakanj will meet league's leader Igokea in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Leotar will play against Spars Sarajevo (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
