The game was mostly controlled by BEAC-Ujbuda. Vasas Akademia was better in second period 20-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. BEAC-Ujbuda forced 21 Vasas Akademia turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Vasas Akademia's players. The best player for the winners was power forward Judit Barnai (189-94) who scored 22 points, 8 rebounds and 5 blocks. Forward Krisztina Sule (178-87) chipped in 15 points, 5 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). Polish guard Katarzyna Cymmer (172-89) produced 7 points and 12 rebounds and center Agnes Dobos (189-96) added 10 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
