Second Stage Round 13: HAI - ONMU-Vimar 83-62

The game between closely ranked teams ended with their biggest opponent ONMU-Vimar's (3-3) road loss to leader HAI (12-0) 62-83 on Sunday. The game without a history. HAI led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They also forced 22 ONMU-Vimar turnovers. Point guard Nataliya Pokrovenko (173-93) stepped up and scored 24 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals for the winners and Alona Samokhvalova (182-97) chipped in 24 points and 5 rebounds. Four HAI players scored in double figures. HAI's coach felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side center Anastasia Usova (185-90) responded with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 13 rebounds and point guard Anastasia Drozdova (167-96) scored 10 points. HAI have an impressive series of twelve victories in a row. Newly promoted HAI maintains first place with 12-0 record. ONMU-Vimar at the other side keeps the second position with three games lost. HAI will have a break next round. ONMU-Vimar will play at home against Kondicioner and hope to win that game.
