Leader Anadolu Efes delivered the nineteenth win on Monday night. This time they beat 11th ranked Trabzonspor (10-14) 73-65. Anadolu Efes made 21-of-24 free shots (87.5 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was Croatian Dario Saric (207-94, agency: Beo Basket) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds. Uruguayan-Italian point guard Jayson Granger (188-89) chipped in 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Granger is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard Derwin Kitchen (194-86, college: Florida St.) who recorded 9 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and American-Congolese guard Dwight Hardy (188-87, college: St.John's) added 17 points respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Anadolu Efes (19-4) have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position. Trabzonspor at the other side keeps the eleventh place with 14 games lost. Anadolu Efes are looking forward to face Yesilgiresun (#14) in Giresun in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Trabzonspor will play on the road against Royal Hali in Gaziantep and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
