Regular Season Round 29: TED Kolejliler - Anadolu Efes 66-89

BSL top team - Anadolu Efes (23-6) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fourteenth ranked TED Kolejliler (9-20) in Ankara 89-66. Anadolu Efes dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to TED Kolejliler's 32. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. American forward Derrick Brown (202-87, college: Xavier) stepped up and scored 21 points and 6 assists for the winners and international forward Cedi Osman (204-95) chipped in 15 points and 10 rebounds. Georgian forward Viktor Sanikidze (203-86) responded with 13 points and 9 rebounds and U.S. Virgin Islands-Guyanese center Frank Elegar (208-86, college: Drexel) scored 12 points and 7 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Anadolu Efes maintains first place with 23-6 record. TED Kolejliler at the other side keeps the fourteenth position with 20 games lost. Anadolu Efes' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Istanbul Darussafaka.
