Quarter-Finals Round 3: Alba - Kaposvari 103-57

Alba cruised past Kaposvari to complete the sweep of the series. Alba led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Kaposvari's 34. They outrebounded Kaposvari 41-27 including a 33-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Alba especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 53.3 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Kaposvari's players. It was a good game for American forward Tristan Spurlock (203-91, college: Cent.Florida, agency: Stealth Sport) who led his team to a victory with 15 points and 6 assists. The former international power forward Milan Csorvasi (209-88) contributed with 14 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Five Alba players scored in double figures. Croatian guard Hrvoje Puljko (193-83, agency: Mansfield and Associates) answered with 17 points and 6 rebounds and forward Szilard Benke (196-95) added 18 points in the effort for Kaposvari. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
