Regular Season Round 3: Koeln Rh.Stars - Hamburg 79-60

There was a small surprise when Koeln Rh.Stars (1-2) smashed at home Hamburg (1-2) 79-60 on Tuesday. Koeln Rh.Stars forced 19 Hamburg turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Hamburg's players. The best player for the winners was American forward Chris Eversley (201-91, college: Cal Poly - SLO) who scored 15 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. His fellow American import guard Hugh Robertson (195-89, college: S.Florida) chipped in 15 points. At the other side the best for losing team was center Justin Raffington (206-91, college: Florida Atlantic) who recorded 14 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Anthony Canty (183-91, agency: Octagon Europe) added 16 points respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Koeln Rh.Stars will face White Wings (#11) in Hanau in the next round.
