Regular Season Round 3: BC Timisoara - Craiova 62-60

Important game to mention about took place in Timisoara. BC Timisoara (2-1) saved a 2-point victory at home edging Craiova (1-2) 62-60 on Tuesday evening. Craiova was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. BC Timisoara dominated down low during the game scoring 32 of its points in the paint compared to Craiova's 10. Craiova was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for Serbian guard Mladen Jeremic (198-88, agency: 011 Sports) who led his team to a victory with 18 points and 4 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). Montenegrin power forward Milos Komatina (206-84) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Serbian point guard Marko Marinovic (183-83) answered with 17 points and 4 assists and American center William Paul (208-88, college: Arkansas Tech) added 13 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Craiova. Four Craiova players scored in double figures. BC Timisoara will play against Steaua CSM in Bucuresti in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Craiova will have a break next round.
