Regular Season Round 2: Metalac - Konstantin 101-68

Metalac used a home court advantage and outplayed the opponent from Nis 101-68 on Friday night. The game without a history. Metalac led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Konstantin's 22. Metalac forced 21 Konstantin turnovers. Brano Djukanovic (194-95) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points. Center Milos Jankovic (206-94, agency: AproK Sports Group) contributed with 17 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four Metalac players scored in double figures. Swingman Slavisa Bogavac (200-80, agency: BeoExcell) replied with 19 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and point guard Jovan Andjelkovic (190-96) added 9 points and 5 assists in the effort for Konstantin. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Metalac will face Borac in Cacak in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Konstantin will play at home against Vrsac (#5) and hope to win that game.
