Regular Season Round 4: Mamak DSI - Eskisehir Basket 112-116

Very predictable result when sixth ranked Eskisehir Basket (3-1) won against 15th ranked Mamak DSI (1-3) in Ankara 116-112 on Wednesday. Eskisehir Basket made 21-of-27 free shots (77.8 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 35 assists. Mamak DSI was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. American players dominated the game. It was a very good performance for power forward Josh Duncan (203-86) who helped to win the game recording 26 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Swingman Sean Marshall (198-85, college: Boston Coll.) contributed with 29 points and 5 assists for the winners. Power forward Arnett Moultrie (208-90, college: Mississippi St., agency: Interperformances) replied with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 22 rebounds and guard Ramel Bradley (188-85, college: Kentucky) added 23 points in the effort for Mamak DSI. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Eskisehir Basket moved-up to second place, which they share with 5 other teams. Mamak DSI lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the thirteenth position with three games lost. Eskisehir Basket will face Socar Petkim (#7) at home in the next round where they are favorite. Mamak DSI will play against Yalova Bld (#15) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
