Rather predictable result when eighth ranked Weiterstadt (2-2) outscored on the road bottom-ranked ASC Theresianum Mainz (0-5) 90-67 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 51-23 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Weiterstadt forced 27 ASC Theresianum Mainz turnovers. The best player for the winners was guard Christina Krick (169) who scored 22 points. Forward Ana-Maria Kammer (180-86) chipped in 24 points. Five Weiterstadt players scored in double figures.
