Very expected game when 16th ranked Koeln Rh.Stars (1-6) were defeated at home by fifth ranked Crailsheim Merlins (5-2) 82-78 on Friday. Crailsheim Merlins outrebounded Koeln Rh.Stars 38-25 including a 30-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. American guard Craig Bradshaw (191-93, college: Belmont) fired 20 points and 9 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. Finnish Tuukka Kotti (205-81, college: Providence) chipped in a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds.
