There was a minor upset when 8th ranked Akhisar Bld (3-3) was defeated at home by eleventh ranked Bursaspor (3-3) 69-63 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was Serbian power forward Dejan Borovnjak (207-86, agency: BeoBasket) who had a double-double by scoring 28 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international forward Yunus Cankaya (199-85) chipped in 9 points and 8 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Tyler Smith (200-86, college: Tennessee) who recorded a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds and guard Serhat Ugur (192-85) added 15 points and 7 assists respectively.
