Regular Season Round 6: Dinamo B. - CSU Sibiu 79-73

CS Dinamo Bucuresti has finally registered their first victory this season after four consecutive losses. The win is especially important as they defeated much higher ranked CSU Sibiu (3-3) 79-73. CSU Sibiu was ahead by 12 points after three quarters before a 29-11 charge of CS Dinamo Bucuresti, which allowed them to win the game. Serbian forward Danilo Tasic (207-93, agency: 011 Sports) notched a double-double by scoring 16 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the effort and Bosnian-Serbian guard Marko Sutalo (194-83) supported him with 19 points. Even a double-double of 24 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists and 6 steals by American guard Kevin Hardy (188-93, college: McNeese St.) did not help to save the game for CSU Sibiu. Forward Bogdan Popescu (200-78, college: Alaska-Fairb.) added 14 points and 7 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. CS Dinamo Bucuresti (1-4) left bottom position moving up to tenth place, which they share with Olimpic. CSU Sibiu at the other side dropped to the fourth position with three games lost. They share it with BC Timisoara and Pitesti. CS Dinamo Bucuresti will play against higher ranked Craiova (#7) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. CSU Sibiu will have a break next round.
