The game between 15th ranked Duzce Belediye (3-7) and ninth ranked Acibadem (5-5) in Duzce on Saturday ended with biggest points difference. Guests from Istanbul outscored Duzce Belediye 94-65. They outrebounded Duzce Belediye 38-27 including a 29-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Acibadem shot the lights out from three sinking 18 long-distance shots on high 54.5 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. It was a very good performance for American guard Bracey Wright (191-84, college: Indiana) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 7 assists. Point guard Can Ugur Ogut (178-92) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners. American center LaRon Dendy (205-88, college: Middle Tenn.St.) replied with 14 points and 8 rebounds and forward Erdinc Balto (206-90) added 21 points in the effort for Duzce Belediye. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Acibadem have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain ninth position with 5-5 record. Newly promoted Duzce Belediye dropped to the fourteenth place with seven games lost. Acibadem will face league's second-placed Eskisehir Basket in Edirne in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Duzce Belediye will play on the road against Muglaorman (#18) and hope to win that game.
