Very expected game when 15th ranked Deutsche Bank Skyliners (3-8) lost on the road to tenth ranked Giessen 46ers (5-5) 69-52 on Saturday. British-Canadian forward Thomas Scrubb (198-91) notched 21 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and American point guard Cameron Wells (186-88, college: Citadel) supported him with 16 points. Even 6 points and 5 assists by American guard Antonio Graves (191-85, college: Pittsburgh) did not help to save the game for Deutsche Bank Skyliners. His fellow American import guard Quantez Robertson (188-84, college: Auburn, agency: Interperformances) added 6 points for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Giessen 46ers moved-up to seventh place, which they share with ALBA and Goettingen.
