The game between Top Four teams took place in Klaipeda. Third ranked host Nafta-Uni. (11-3) defeated 4th ranked Perlas-MRU (9-5) 74-68. Perlas-MRU was ahead by 9 points after three quarters before a 21-6 charge of Nafta-Uni., which allowed them to win the game. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Perlas-MRU to just 6 points in fourth quarter. Nafta-Uni. made 21-of-27 charity shots (77.8 percent) during the game. Perlas-MRU at the other side dropped to the fifth place with five games lost. They share the position with Silute. Nafta-Uni. will play against Vytis (#7) in Sakiai in the next round where they are favorite. Perlas-MRU will play on the road against KTU in Kaunas and hopes to get back on the winning track.
