Regular Season Round 8: Zlatorog - KK Primorska 51-37

Telemach League top team - Zlatorog (7-1) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat fifth ranked Lastovka (5-3) in Lasko 51-37. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Lastovka. Zlatorog made 22-of-25 charity shots (88.0 percent) during the game, while Lastovka only scored 0 point from the stripe. The winners were led by point guard Nejc Baric (181-97) who scored that evening 12 points and 4 assists and Bosnian forward Ramo Rizvic (200-87) supported him with 10 points and 5 rebounds. Four Zlatorog players scored in double figures. Even 16 points by Georgian guard Duda Sanadze (196-92, college: San Diego) did not help to save the game for Lastovka. Forward Jan Kosi (204-96) added 4 points for the guests. Zlatorog have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 7-1 record. Lastovka at the other side keeps the fifth place with three games lost. They share the position with Helios and Rogaska. Zlatorog will play against Rogaska (#5) in Rogaska Slatina in the next round. Lastovka will play at home against Sencur Gor. and hopes to get back on the winning track.
