No shocking result in a game when fourteenth ranked Walter Tigers (4-7) won against on the road 17th ranked SC Rasta Vechta (2-9) 82-76. SC Rasta Vechta was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for naturalized American forward Isaiah Philmore (203-89, college: Xavier) who led the winners and scored 19 points and 7 rebounds. American point guard Jared Jordan (187-84, college: Marist) accounted for 14 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side. American forward Derrick Allen (201-80, college: Mississippi) came up with 25 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and Brazilian-American point guard Scott Machado (186-90, college: Iona) added 11 points and 8 assists respectively for SC Rasta Vechta in the defeat. SC Rasta Vechta's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Walter Tigers moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Bremerhaven and Wuerzburg. SC Rasta Vechta lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the sixteenth position with nine games lost. They share it with Braunschweig. Walter Tigers will play against league's second-placed ratiopharm Ulm at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
