There was a minor upset when 8th ranked Rostock (4-6) was defeated at home by eleventh ranked RSV Eintracht (3-7) 108-90 on Sunday. RSV Eintracht shot 65.5 percent from the field and made 20-of-19 free shots (105.3 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 75.0 percentage. American forward Josh Adeyeye (196-93, college: Jacksonville) fired 30 points for the winners. The other American import guard Antoine Myers (191-90, college: Troy) chipped in 24 points (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field). American swingman Jovonni Shuler (195-87, college: Savannah St.) produced 24 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and naturalized American Andres Murillo (201-90, college: Biola, CA, agency: Octagon Europe) added 15 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Rostock's coach Andreas Barthel let to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. RSV Eintracht moved-up to tenth place in North, which they share with Wolfenbuettel. Loser Rostock keeps the eighth position with six games lost. RSV Eintracht will face higher ranked Schalke (#7) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
