Regular Season Round 9: Rogaska - Zlatorog 69-73

Leader Zlatorog delivered the ninth victory. This time they beat 5th ranked Rogaska (5-4) 73-69 in Rogaska Slatina. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Rogaska. Rogaska was ahead by 8 points at the halftime before a 24-10 third quarter run of Zlatorog. It was a good game for Bosnian forward Ramo Rizvic (200-87) who led his team to a victory with 16 points and 9 rebounds. Forward Igor Tratnik (207-89) contributed with 12 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Zlatorog players scored in double figures. Point guard Tadej Ferme (185-91) answered with 22 points and American point guard Dee Davis (183-93, college: Xavier, agency: Three Eye Sports) added 8 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Rogaska. The victory was the eighth consecutive win for Zlatorog. They maintain first place with 9-1 record. Rogaska at the other side dropped to the seventh position with four games lost. Zlatorog will play against Krka (#4) in Novo Mesto in the next round. Rogaska will play on the road against Sencur Gor. in Kranj and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
