Vienna (#9) forced the game against UBSC Graz (#8) into an overtime, but lost by five points 75-80. The game took place in Wien. But the guests from Graz were better at the end. Vienna was ahead by 8 points after three quarters before a 20-14 charge of UBSC Graz, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. American point guard Anthony Clemmons (186-94, college: Iowa) came up with 25 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals and Serbian Predrag Miletic (193-84) added 17 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Vienna in the defeat. UBSC Graz (4-6) moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Furstenfeld. Vienna lost third consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with seven games lost. UBSC Graz will have a break next round. Vienna will play on the road against Arkadia Lions (#5) in Traiskirchen and hope to win that game.
