Regular Season Round 9: Konjice - Sezana 64-67

The most exciting game of round 9 in the 2SKL took place in Konjice. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 3rd placed Konjice (6-3) to leader Sezana (9-0) 67-64 on Saturday evening. The guests trailed by 8 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 6-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 67-64. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Ilirija. Konjice at the other side keeps the third place with three games lost. Sezana is looking forward to face bottom-ranked Elektra (#12) in Sostanj in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Konjice will play on the road against the league's leader Ilirija (#1) in Ljubljana and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
