Rather expected game when 7th ranked Oettinger Rockets Gotha (8-7) was defeated on the road by fourth ranked Crailsheim Merlins (11-4) 84-71 on Sunday. Crailsheim Merlins made 18-of-19 free shots (94.7 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was American guard Chase Griffin (190-83, college: Pepperdine) who scored 22 points. The former international forward Konrad Wysocki (202-82, college: Princeton) chipped in 12 points and 5 rebounds.
