Very important is a road loss of third ranked Homburger TG (6-4) against fourth ranked Ladybaskets Wuerzburg (7-4) on Sunday night. Visiting Homburger TG was defeated by Ladybaskets Wuerzburg in a tough game in Wuerzburg 71-78. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Homburger TG. Homburger TG was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Ladybaskets Wuerzburg forced 20 Homburger TG turnovers. The best player for the winners was Canadian guard Stephanie Kleysen (178, college: Winnipeg) who scored 28 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Guard Jessika Schiffer (172-0) chipped in 14 points and 5 assists.
