The game between Top Four teams took place in Panevezys. Second ranked host Lietkabelis (14-3) defeated 3rd placed Lietuvos rytas (12-5) 93-85. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Lietkabelis dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Lietuvos rytas' 30. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was the former international guard Mindaugas Lukauskis (198-79) who scored 21 points and 5 rebounds. Four Lietuvos rytas players scored in double figures. Lietkabelis have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain second place with 14-3 record having just two points less than leader Zalgiris. Loser Lietuvos rytas keeps the third position with five games lost. Lietkabelis will meet league's leader Zalgiris in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Lietuvos rytas will play against Nevezis in Kedainiai and hope to secure a win.
