Round 13 in BSL means a new league leader. The biggest surprise took place in Istanbul where host Fenerbahce (11-2) beat league's leader Anadolu Efes (11-2) 81-75 on Monday evening. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Anadolu Efes. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Fenerbahce made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 57.1 percentage. Greek guard Konstantinos Sloukas (197-90) fired 17 points and 7 assists for the winners. Italian forward Luigi Datome (203-87) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds. French guard Thomas Heurtel (189-89, agency: BeoBasket) produced 20 points and international forward Cedi Osman (204-95) added 14 points respectively for lost side. Four Anadolu Efes players scored in double figures. Fenerbahce have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Anadolu Efes and Besiktas. Anadolu Efes will play next round against Galatasaray trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Fenerbahce will try to continue on its current victory against second ranked Besiktas in Istanbul.
