Regular Season Round 15: Iserlohn - Bernau 85-72

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked SSV Lok Bernau (11-4) on the court of third ranked Iserlohn on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by Iserlohn 85-72. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of SSV Lok Bernau. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in North. It was a great evening for American-Ivorian forward Moussa Kone (203-93, college: Hofstra, agency: Dynamics Global Management) who led his team to a victory scoring 18 points and 9 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). American guard Terrell Harris (191-93, college: Georgia Coll.) helped adding 18 points. The best for the losing side was American guard Pierre Bland (188-92, college: IPFW, agency: Dynamics Global Management) with 11 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and guard Robert Kulawick (192-86) scored 13 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Iserlohn (10-5) moved-up to second place in North, which they share with Art.Dragons and Oldenburg. Newly promoted SSV Lok Bernau still keeps top position with four games lost. Iserlohn is looking forward to face Oldenburg (#4) on the road in the next round. SSV Lok Bernau will play against Schalke and is hoping to win this game.
