Leading BV Villingen-Schwenningen (13-2) recorded its second loss on the court of eleventh ranked Tuebingen II. Visitors were defeated by Tuebingen II 99-88. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of BV Villingen-Schwenningen. Tuebingen II shot 63.2 percent from the field. Strangely BV Villingen-Schwenningen outrebounded Tuebingen II 32-20 including a 17-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Bosnian-Slovenian power forward Edin Alispahic (208-88) added 20 points and 10 rebounds for lost side. Four BV Villingen-Schwenningen players scored in double figures. Tuebingen II (5-10) moved-up to ninth place in South-West, which they share with Stuttgart and Mainz. BV Villingen-Schwenningen at the other side still keeps top position with two games lost. Tuebingen II will play against Stuttgart (#11) on the road in the next round. BV Villingen-Schwenningen will play against the league's second-placed Limburg (#2) having rather not much hope for a victory.
