Regular Season Round 13: Smederevo - Konstantin 68-85

Konstantin can celebrate finally their first win this season after 12 consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as it came on the road game in Smederevo, where they defeated Smederevo (1-12) 85-68. Konstantin dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Smederevo's 30. They outrebounded Smederevo 46-17 including a 35-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Swingman Slavisa Bogavac (200-80, agency: BeoExcell) nailed a double-double by scoring 23 points and 15 rebounds for the winning side and American guard Kyle Randall (185-91, college: Cent.Michigan) accounted for 12 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Five Konstantin players scored in double figures. Nikola Pavlovic (204-96, agency: BeoBasket) came up with 20 points and center Miroslav Tomic (205-84) added 7 points and 5 assists respectively for Smederevo in the defeat. Smederevo's coach rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Konstantin left bottom position moving up to thirteenth place, which they share with defeated Smederevo. It was Smederevo's tenth loss in a row. Konstantin's next round opponent will be higher ranked Beovuk 72 (#9) in Beograd and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
