The game with biggest difference of round 21 in BBL was host Telekom Baskets' (10-8) easy victory at home over 5th ranked ALBA Berlin (14-6) 95-72 on Sunday evening. It ended at the same time the ten-game winning streak of ALBA Berlin. Telekom Baskets made 21-of-24 free shots (87.5 percent) during the game. Telekom Baskets had a 30-11 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Ken Horton (199-89, college: Cent.Conn.St.) who scored 31 points, 6 rebounds and 4 blocks (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). His fellow American import power forward Julian Gamble (208-89, college: Miami, FL) chipped in a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!). At the other side the best for losing team was the former international center Bogdan Radosavljevic (213-93) who recorded 17 points and 5 rebounds and Serbian swingman Dragan Milosavljevic (198-89) added 10 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Five ALBA Berlin players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion moved-up to seventh place. ALBA Berlin at the other side keeps the fifth position with six games lost. Telekom Baskets are looking forward to face SC Rasta Vechta (#17) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. ALBA Berlin will play against Bayern Muenchen (#3) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
