Everything went according to plan in Jonava where tenth ranked Delikatesas (14-20) beat bottom-ranked Petrochema (8-26) 81-65 on Friday. The guests trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 51-32 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Delikatesas made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Guard Mantas Kadzevicius (194-91) stepped up and scored 13 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners and center Nerijus Barauskas (207-92) chipped in 19 points and 4 assists. Four Delikatesas players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Karolis Sarukas (198-95) with 21 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Lukas Grabauskas (192-95) scored 19 points and 5 rebounds. Delikatesas maintains tenth place with 14-20 record. Petrochema at the other side stay dead last with 26 lost games. Delikatesas will face Ezerunas-Karys (#13) in Moletai in the next round. Petrochema will play on the road against KTU in Kaunas and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
