An interesting game for FC Porto Ferpinta (15-3) which hosted in Porto 3rd ranked Vitoria SC (12-6). First ranked FC Porto Ferpinta had an easy win 92-71. FC Porto Ferpinta dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Vitoria SC's 36 and made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. American guard Bradley Tinsley (191-89, college: Vanderbilt) scored 24 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import center Nick Washburn (208-91, college: Hillsdale, agency: Duran International) chipped in 19 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. FC Porto Ferpinta have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 15-3 record. Vitoria SC at the other side dropped to the fourth place with six games lost. They share the position with Illiabum. FC Porto Ferpinta will play against Ovarense (#8) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Vitoria SC will play against Maia Basket (#11) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
